Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We offer global delivery (excluding Asia and select remote regions). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Glendale, Arizona warehouse. Delivery times:
  • Express Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95 flat rate worldwide)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (for orders over $50)
Note: These times exclude customs clearance which may add additional days for international orders.
Do you provide order tracking?
Yes! All orders come with real-time tracking:
  • Express orders: Trackable through DHL or FedEx
  • Standard orders: Full EMS tracking provided
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
What about customs and import fees?
We include customs-friendly documentation with all international orders. For most destinations, you can see duty & tax estimates at checkout. Note that these are estimates only – actual charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer a 15-day performance guarantee from the date of delivery. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations:

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
