Was marked as wide but received normal width shoes

Zappos sent the wrong color, wrong model and wrong size. Terrible!

The box said this was Wide but the tab on the shoes showed D which is not wide. I returned these once and was promised a Wide one would be shipped. The second one again showed D on the tag and did not feel wide. I am returning these after I ordered another Golf Shoe that was definitely a Wide.

I bought several pairs of golf shoes to try on and the Adidas seem to have the best fit out of the box. I have a wide foot and compared to New Balance tennis shoes, with a similar width rating, the Adidas seemed sightly narrower?
