At Tees Fashion Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium sportswear and fashion purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Intimates
  • Hats

All other items in our collections (clothing, shoes, accessories) are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to process

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead. There’s no additional shipping charge for exchanges within the same order value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
