Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the order total and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Intimates
  • Hats

All other items in our collections (clothing, shoes, accessories) are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return:

    Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

  2. Receive Authorization:

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

  3. Package Your Items:

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

  4. Ship Your Return:

  5. Processing:

    Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to process

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead. There’s no additional shipping charge for exchanges within the same order value.

Damaged or Defective Items
